SHIPPING

U.S. Shipping Policy

• It can take up to 3 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. The processing and packing time is separate from the shipping time. The shipping estimated time is added on top of the processing time. Standard shipments will ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or similar service. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS or equivalent service. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Tracking

• You will receive an email when your order ships out along with a tracking number.
• If you have not received an email with a tracking number then your order is still processing and has not shipped out yet.

Non Deliveries / Stolen

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact the carrier who delivered your package, you must file a claim within 7 days with the carrier first.

• ETRNL CLO LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

 We will work with the carrier on the claim but you must first make the claim with the carrier. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S Territories

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS or equivalent service.

International Shipping Orders

Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. International orders shipped via USPS, DHL, or an equivalent service and are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the date that it is shipped, depending on your country and selected delivery service. We ship all international orders DDU which means you may have to pay duty fees depending on your country. We are not responsible for any duty fees you may incur. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Etrnl Clo.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

RETURNS

To start a return, you can contact us at order@etrnlclo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• For items purchased at etrnlclo.com, all returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
• To be eligible for returns, item(s) must be sent back in sale-able condition, in its original packaging with tags attached.
• The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances.
• If item(s) do not fit these requirements, they will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
• All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service, packages received without approval will be declined. Once approved, returns must be shipped within 7 days.

Sale Products

• All discounted and sale items are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Items purchased during black friday or cyber monday sales are final sale.
• Any replacement items are also final sale. No exceptions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We currently do no accept exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
